The following makeup tips for BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM shine + oil Control Cream - HD Primer were learned from Charles Porlier, while visiting with Nurturing Force at the IMATS LA makeup shows. - For Use on Dry to Normal Skin, including 'perfect' youthful skin
Method #1 without moisturizer
Blend together a pea sized amount of BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM and a pea sized amount of Twinkle Not WrinkleTM, and then apply with a foundation brush. This provides the moisturizing emollients that dry to normal skin should use.
Method #2 Over a moisturizer or Where greater makeup durability and adhesion is needed
Blend a few drops of Made For the MistTM (Airbrush) with a small amount of BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM. Blend with a foundation brush and apply a thin coat over the total makeup area for better adhesion.
- For Use on Combination Skin
Use over moisturized skin. With a spatula, take a pea sized amount of BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM shine + oil Control Cream spray with a little water or add a couple of drops of Seal The Deal EyesTM and blend with foundation brush. Then using a foundation brush, apply a thin coat over the total skin area where makeup adhesion is needed.
-For Use on Oily Skin
BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM may be applied to skin with or without moisturizer. With a spatula, take a small amount of BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM apply a thin coating with a foundation brush, beauty blender sponge, cosmetic wedge or finger tips; over the total skin area where makeup adhesion is needed.
Additional Bonus Tip: Mix color foundation with BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM you will be combining the benefits of durability to the color application.
During the day: BLOT OUT OFFENSIVETM may be applied to shiny areas of the skin, over previously applied makeup as an Anti-Shine Cream for touch ups.
