Shipping & Ordering

Orders will be shipped within 8-10 business days. If we are out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise the approximate date of availability, or to arrange credit or replacement.

Ship to information is the responsibility of the purchaser, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify this information during the order transaction on-line. We will not be held responsible for wrong product delivery address information. The United States Postal Service is our only method used for shipping; they provide confirmation of shipment & delivery. Once confirmation of delivery is advised by the US Postal Service the order is considered complete. Any claims of lost or not received shipments should be brought to the attention of the US Post Master or Postal Inspector at the destination US Post Office. This becomes a US Postal matter and is no longer a concern of the company.

United States Postal Service is used for all international shipping. Shipping is calculated based upon the ship to destination, international shipping charges are approximates and will be verified by email if different than shopping cart.

Delivery estimates are good faith estimates and we will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Sales Tax

No Sales Tax is collected, except for shipments to New Jersey addresses.

When orders are sent to a New Jersey address, a sales tax of 7% is added to your order.

Return Policy

You may return any of our products within 30 days of purchase, with your receipt for an exchange or credit toward another purchase of our products through our website for the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement, if original product is returned with purchase receipt. You will not be charged a shipping or handling fee for replacement of damaged or defective items.

All sales are final; this is because we want to safeguard your safety.

Due to sanitary issues and nature of any cosmetic or cosmetic accessories, once an item is sold, it cannot be sold again. When you receive your order from Nurturing Force, please make sure that you received what you had ordered. If you received something by mistake, it must be returned to us within 30 days with all of its original packaging material and in its original condition. If original packaging is not returned, we will not be able to refund or rectify your purchase.

Returns should be properly packed and sent USPS ground at the customer's expense.

Order Adjustment and Cancellation

Should you require the modification of an address (missing or transposed information) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of an order transmission) by phone at 800.495.5626. Should you require a complete change of shipping information (ship to), you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full. Shipping addresses must comply with normal commercial delivery standards used by all major carriers, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.
